Refund and Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to process a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must not be too damaged, worn or deteriorated. It must be returned in near-new condition, with all original parts and accessories. A product used excessively or showing significant damage cannot be accepted.

Returns are possible for the following countries: France, Canada, Belgium and Switzerland.

For these countries, you have the option to:

  • Return the product for a full refund.
  • Request an exchange for an equivalent item if the original product does not suit you.

Return shipping is free for these destinations.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, magazines, etc.).
  • Articles for intimate or sanitary use.
  • Hazardous products, flammable gases and liquids.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software and certain health and personal care products.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your request.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days maximum.

Partial Refund Cases

A partial refund may be applied if:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use.
  • Parts or accessories are missing.
  • The return is made after the 30-day period.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@univers-gousset.com.

Returns of Gift Items

If the product was given as a gift, a store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued upon receipt of the return.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are fully covered by Univers Gousset for France, Canada, Belgium and Switzerland.

If you are returning an item over €75, we recommend using a tracking service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned package.
