Delivery Method

Once your order is placed, it must be validated by our order management service. This will take less than 48 hours. Once this step is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number attached.

As a reminder, the carriers who deliver your orders are external to our company. Therefore, we have no control over their delivery times or the quality of their service.

Delivery and Shipping

We ship orders from our warehouses within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.

Free shipping worldwide! We deliver to Switzerland, France, Belgium, and Canada.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number within 24 to 48 hours. You will be able to track your package online.

We offer three delivery options:

• VIP Delivery : 6 to 12 business days with theft/home insurance – 5.58 EUR.
• Safe Home Delivery : 8 to 12 business days – Free.
• PREMIUM Delivery : 6 to 8 business days with theft and damage insurance – 18.61 EUR.
